The goal of our stroke rehabilitation program is to help you relearn skills, and regain independence and improve your quality of life.
Physical Therapy
In our physical therapy department, we focus on physical medicine and rehabilitation which remediates impairments and promotes mobility, function, and quality of life through examination, diagnosis, prognosis, and physical invention.
Neurological Impairments
Our specialists evaluate and treat individuals with movement problems, due to disease or injury of the nervous system, in order to help you improve and/or restore the mobility you need to move forward with your life.
Respiratory Therapy
Our doctors help those suffering from chronic respiratory diseases like asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy assists in helping you across your lifespan participate in the things you want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations).
Speech Therapy
At Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, we specialize in the evaluation and treatment of communication disorders and swallowing disorders, ranging from but not limited to producing sound, variance/pitch, and aero-mechanical components of respiration.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
The Cardiac Rehabilitation program helps improve the health and well-being of those who have cardiac issues. Our program includes exercise training, education on heart healthy living, and counseling to reduce stress and help you return to an active life.
